Pray with Mary

What is prayer

Prayer is talking to God. God created everyone to be in relationship with Him, and He loves to hear from each one of us as often as possible.

Help me pray

Jesus’ disciples asked Him to teach them to pray. So He taught them the Lord’s Prayer :

Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be your Name, your Kingdom come, your Will be done, on earth as in heaven. Give us today our daily bread, Forgive us our sins, as we forgive those who sin against us. Lead us not into temptation, but Deliver us from evil. For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours, now and forever. Amen .

This prayer shows us that prayer is relational with our Father. It is a prayer of praise.

We pray that God’s will be done and that we get what we need. It also addresses the problem of sin, we an attitude of forgiveness.

Reason to pray

We can pray for whatever reason we want, but bear in mind that when we pray, sincerely, with faith, we are in the presence of God and his Court, and this is enough!, open your heart to God. Always pray for the Glory of God and the salvation of souls.
